2 cups elbow noodles
Block of Velveeta cheese
1/4 cup of milk
2 jalapeņos
2 tbsp.of butter
Tsp.red pepper flakes
Dash of Cheyenne
2 garlic cloves

Directions:
Directions:
1)Boil water for the elbow noodles
2)cube about half a block of velveeta and chop your garlic
3) take the seeds out of your jalapeņos and dice them very small
*wash your hands
4) add noodles to boiling water ;cook till tender
5) add half of the cheese you cubed to a small sauce pan along with milk, half the diced jalapeņos, red pepper flakes and dash of Cheyenne and chopped garlic . Cook down it will make a thick sauce add more milk if needed
6).strain noodles pour into a large sauce pot add In the milk/cheese mixture and the rest of cubed cheese / jalapeņos still till combined add more milk as needed the cheese will make it thicker as it melts.
7) still till melted taste for spice preference add more pepper flakes if needed
8)serve hot
