1 c. sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
1- 16 oz. jar of smooth peanut butter
4 c. crushed Special K cereal
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
1 c. coconut (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and Karo over low heat in a lg. pot until dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. Add crushed Special K cereal, chopped nuts and coconut, if desired, and vanilla. Roll into balls. Refrigerate until firm. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
