Half a loaf of French bread sliced
Spinach, fresh (18 leaves or more)
1/2 stick Butter, melted
1 tsp. Garlic
1/4 tsp. Chives
5 Chicken Tenderloins, cooked and shredded
1 Roma Tomato, diced
3 Green Onions, diced
Cheese Blend, shredded
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken tenderloins and shred.
Place pieces of bread on a baking sheet.
Melt butter and stir in garlic and chives. Brush butter mixture on the bread.
Add one leaf of spinach to bread.
Add shredded chicken, tomato, and green onions.
Salt and Pepper.
Add cheese.

Bake at 400 degrees for 5-7 minutes or until bread is crispy and cheese is melted.
