1 16 oz. pkg. Amish Egg Noodles
2 lbs. ground beef
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 Lg. onion
2 garlic cloves minced
1 lg. green pepper chopped
2 sm. or 1 lg. can mushrooms
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, add chopped onion, garlic. After that has cooked down a bit, add green pepper until soft. Add mushrooms.

Meanwhile, cook egg noodles, drain. Add meat mixture; add tomato sauce; Mix well.

Pat into a greased 9X13 casserole. Top with cheese.

Bake 350º until bubbly.
