1 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 cup whole milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. melted butter
olive oil

All at room temperature

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Place muffin pan in oven with approximately 1/2 tsp of olive oil in each muffin cup.
Blend flour, salt, whole milk, eggs and melted butter until smooth use blender. Let sit half an hour before pouring into muffin cups. Bake at 400º for 30 minutes or until golden brown
