8 c. Flour
4 T. Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
2-3 c. Luke Warm Water
3 T. Cooking Oil

Mix Dry ingredients in a bowl. Make a hole in the flour for water. Mix about 2-2 1/2 cups of water into dry mix. Add 3 T of Cooking oil into mix. Mix with fork until it combines into soft dough. Flatten dough, dust counter with flour and roll out onto hard surface with rolling pin. About 1/ inch. Cut into shapes. Heat cooking oil on high. Enough to submerse flat bread. Gently place into oil, cook until brown on both sides, only flipping once. Set on paper towel to dry. Serve.

Depending on size of bread, you will get 20-30 pieces. Add less water before you mix altogether. Looking for soft consistency.
