18 Pistolettes
1 lb. Owens sausage
1 lb. ground meat
1 10oz. box frozen chopped Broccoli
1 lb. Mexican Velveeta Cheese
1 can drained Rotel tomatoes
Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage & ground meat and drain. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Cut cheese into small cubes. Add cheese, rotel & broccoli to sausage & meat. Cool on low heat until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally. Core pistolettes & stuff with mixture. Bake at 375º for 10-15 minutes or until slightly brown. Serve hot.
