venison steak (4 lbs.)
soy sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Teriyaki
liquid smoke
Lawry's seasoning
pepper
beer
maple syrup
garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak in 1/4 in. strips (1.5 in. wide, 4-5 in long). In a plastic bowl, mix of 1 cup water, 1 cup soy sauce, 1 cup Teriyaki sauce, 1 TBSP Worcestershire sauce, 1 TBSP Liquid Smoke, 2 TBSP Lawry's salt, 1 tsp. pepper, 12 oz. beer, 1 oz. maple syrup and 1 tsp garlic powder. Pour mix over meat strips. Mix well. Refrigerate for 1-2 days mixing every 8 hours.
blot strips lightly and place on dehydrator trays. Dehydrate for 6-8 hours.
