1 lb. okra
corn meal
flour
salt & pepper to taste
plastic ziplock bag

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the ends off the okra. Slice okra in 1/2 inch slices, place in Ziploc plastic bag. Add 1 tsp. corn meal and 2 tsp. flour. Enough to completely to cover okra. Make sure the ratio is 1 tsp. corn meal to 2 tsp. flour.

Zip plastic bag and shake, remove from bag leaving excess flour and corn meal mixture. Add to medium high hot skillet with approximately 1/4 inch oil of preference.

Salt & pepper, turn when it is crispy. Keep turning approximately ever 5 minutes until all is crispy.
