TUSCAN CROSTINI
Serves 8-10

1 French baguette,sliced thin
3T. olive oil
¾ lb. Prosciutto, chopped
¾ lb. Salami, chopped
1 tomato, finely diced
coarse ground black pepper
1T. fresh herbs, chopped (Oregano, Italian flat leaf parsley good choices)

Directions:
Directions:
Brush olive oil on bread and arrange on
baking sheet. Bake in 350 oven until crisp and golden brown (about 12 minutes). In a small bowl, mix meats, tomato, pepper & fresh herbs with your hands. Place a teaspoon of filling atop each baguette and serve immediately.

* Let folks build their own- serve topping in one bowl, crostini on a bread board with another small rustic bowl of shaved fresh Parmesan or Ricotta Salata cheese.
