4 squares (4 oz.) Unsweetened Chocolate
3 beaten Eggs
1-1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Cooking Oil
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 cups Flour (all-purpose)
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 cup Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate over low heat, stirring often. Remove from heat and cool. In a large mixing bowl, beat together eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, and chocolate with wooden spoon. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together flour and baking powder. Gradually add to chocolate mixture, stirring with a wooden spoon until well mixed. Cover and Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours or until firm enough to handle.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Shape dough into 1" balls. Place powdered sugar in a small bowl. Roll the balls in the powdered sugar. Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are firm.
