2 Chicken breasts (or 4 chicken tenderloins), boneless and skinless
2 cans of Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cans of Water
4 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
One can of Pillsbury Homestyle biscuits (8 count)
Pinch of Thyme
Garlic powder, Salt, and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. In crockpot, put cream of chicken soup, water, chicken bouillon cubes, and thyme on high heat.
2. While those are cooking, thaw out the chicken in microwave.
3. After chicken is thawed, season with some garlic salt, pepper, and onion powder (optional) and place in oven on 350 until it is cooked.
4. Chop chicken into cubes or shred and place into the crockpot.
5. Cut each of the 8 biscuits into 9 cubes and place in the crockpot.
6. Let cook for 2 additional hours covered; Do not to remove the lid of the crockpot if possible.
***If liquid appears too thick while the dumplings are cooking, you can add more water.

You can cook the chicken in the crockpot all day, but in my opinion, it makes the chicken dry. I just bake the chicken in the oven to make it retain more moisture.
