Pastry to line 9" pie plate
5-6 large apples
2/3 c. light brown sugar
6 tbsp. soft butter (almost melted)
1 c. soft white bread crumbs
3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Line plate with pastry. Slice apples but sprinkle each layer with sugar. Gently mix butter, crumbs and cinnamon and sprinkle all over top.
Bake at 425º for 13 minutes. Reduce heat to 350º for 25 minutes longer or until top has golden crust and apples are tender. Serve warm with cheese.
