1/2 cup golden raisins
1 cup dried apricots, chopped
4 Bartlett pears, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
2 tsp orange zest
3 pieces candied ginger, finely chopped (about 2 Tbsp.)
1/4 cup honey
2 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Directions:

Combine the fruits. Separately whisk together the honey, zest, juice and cornstarch. Toss with the fruit. Top with one of the crusts and bake accordingly.
