2 tablespoons butter
2-3 zucchinis, cut into strips
1-2 carrots, sliced
1-2 cups broccoli florets
1 onion, thick sliced and cut into smaller pieces
8 oz mushrooms, quartered
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
scallions
garlic

1. In a large pan over high heat, melt the oil and butter. Add the onion and cook for about 2 minutes.
2. Add the rest of the vegetables and caramelize them.
3. Add in the soy sauce and lemon juice.
4. Add in the scallions and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
