1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. melted butter
1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 (3.4 oz.) boxes chocolate pudding (Or your favorite flavor)
3 c. milk
1 Hershey bar

Mix flour, melted butter and chopped nuts. Place in 9 X 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 º for 15 minutes. Cool. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in one cup Cool Whip. Spread on top of crust. Mix the instant pudding with the milk until thick. Spread on top of cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate. Top with Cool Whip and shaved Hershey candy bar at time of serving.
