Sauce:
1 lg. can tomatoes (strain or mash)
1 can Hunt's tomato sauce (not paste)
2-3 cloves garlic
3-4 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. oregano
dash of crushed red pepper
1 tsp. sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Dough:
Bread dough or hot roll mix

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients and cook until sauce thickens.
Oil bottom of pans good.
Spread dough on pans.
Sprinkle dough lightly with salt and pepper.
Spread sauce over dough lightly.
Brown onions and sprinkle over sauce.
Sprinkle grated mozzarella and grated Italian sausage over the pizza.

I use home made bread dough, but you can use hot roll mix.
A double recipe boils down to 4 cups sauce-enough for 4- 12" pizzas.
Use 3 quarts of tomatoes and 4 cans of tomato sauce for 4 times the recipe.
