1 lg. can low fat chicken broth (49.5 oz)
4 - 5 large potatoes, cubed
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream corn
3 - 4 cups skim milk
1 pkg. frozen corn
7 - 8 slices bacon, fried and chopped
instant mashed potato flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes and onions in chicken broth until tender (about 10 - 15 minutes). Add the rest of the ingredients and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer on low for 30 minutes (don't boil it!). Add potato flakes to thicken.
