1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. Velveta processed cheese
1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
1 (16 oz.) can red beans, rinsed and drained
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, not drained
1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chilies, not drained
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) cup sour cream

Directions:

In large sauce pan or Dutch oven, cook beef and onion over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain of any excess liquid. Stir in cheese, salsa, beans and tomatoes plus chili powder. Cook for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
