1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) carton spreadable chive and onion cream cheese
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 celery rib or broccoli stalk
sliced apples and assorted crackers

Directions:
Directions:
In small bowl, beat the cream cheeses until smooth. Stir in the cheddar cheese, paprika and cayenne pepper. Place the mixture in saran wrap and shape into a ball. Refrigerate for four hours or until firm. With opposite side of a knife blade, add vertical lines to the cheese ball to resemble a pumpkin. Insert half a celery rib with leaves or a broccoli stalk for the stem. Serve with apples or crackers.
