Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Cup pecan or walnut pieces
1 Cup brown sugar
1 Cup butter
1 package original graham crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Chop the nuts and set aside.
Line the graham crackers in a jelly roll pan (baking pan with short sides)
Bring to a boil the brown sugar and butter.
Cut it down to low and stir in the nuts, then cut off the heat.
Pour the mixture over the graham crackers and spread evenly
Bake on 400 degrees for 5 minutes - careful not to burn them
Let cool for just a minute after taking them out of oven, then promptly cut into strips with a butter knife. Put on wire cooking racks to cool. I put wax paper underneath the racks to catch any of the caramel drippings which can be saved for ice cream toppings :)

Personal Notes:
These are always a huge hit! Great holiday goody to share. And, they can be frozen so make ahead and be ready for a quick treat. Makes about 32 pralines
