Soft-Shell or Gator Turtle
Red-wine vinegar or Italian salad dressing
Enough flour to coat
Vegetable oil to fry

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and cube soft-shell or gator turtle, soak meat in either red wine vinegar or Italian dressing over night in refrigerator. When ready to cook, flour and fry in vegetable oil until done, drain on paper towels. Serve with rice and green beans.
