6 tomatillos, husked, rinsed and chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 large La Morena Pickled Jalapeņos, chopped
Pickled carrots from La Morena Pickled Jalapeņo Peppers 7-ounce can.
1/4 cup packed cilantro, chopped
1/2 cup lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss until thoroughly combined.
Let rest 10 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
