2 Pound Recipe
9-11 oz. Water
3/4 tsp. Salt
3 Tbs. Olive oil or vegetable oil
4 cups All-purpose flour
2 tsp. Active dry yeast

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into bread pan. Select Dough setting. Pat dough onto 14" round pizza pan. Let stand 10 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
