Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 red, yellow, or orange bell pepper
3-4 green bell peppers
2 cups instant brown rice
8 oz. tomato sauce
1 lb. ground beef
Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Chop off the tops of green peppers and remove/discard seeds. Cook brown rice according to directions on box and place to side. Chop up your choice (red, yellow, or orange) pepper and saute in a pan for 3-5 minutes. (you can also add some diced onion). Add the ground beef and cook until no pink remains. Drain excess grease. Reduce heat and stir in tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (and Worcestershire sauce, if desired). Add cooked brown rice to the mixture and stir until rice is mixed throughout. Once the mixture is warm, place mixture in green peppers by the spoonful until each pepper is filled. Line a baking sheet with foil to catch drippings (makes for easy clean-up) and bake peppers for 25-30 minutes, or until peppers are tender.
