3 lbs cabbage
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 large chopped onion
2 c sugar
1 tsp celery seed
1 c vegetable oil
1 c vinegar
1 tbs salt
2 tbs sugar
1 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl shred cabbage (you could buy already chopped cabbage or coleslaw mix in produce department) add green pepper, onion and mix in 2 c sugar.

In medium saucepan, mix the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Pour boiling mixture over cabbage and toss with fork or spoon. Cool and store in refrigerator.

For smaller batches, cut recipe in half.
