2 lbs of Ground Beef
1 lb of Ground HOT Italian Sausage
1 c. of soft bread crumbs
3/4 c. milk
1 egg slightly beaten
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dry Italian Seasoning
1 pkg McCormick's Meat Loaf Seasoning
1 can (14.5 oz each) Hunt'sŪ Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes with Garlic, undrained
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 c. mild prepared taco sauce
1/3 - 1/2 c. mild taco sauce for topping
2 tsp brown sugar for topping

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees F

Mix all the ingredients (except those saved for topping) lightly together and press into your selected baking dish.

Bake meat loaf for a minimum of 45 minutes. (Additional minutes may be required if the meat loaf is placed in a narrow/deep baking dish)

Meanwhile, mix remaining taco sauce and brown sugar and set aside.

Remove meatloaf from oven and drain grease.

Spread the taco sauce/brown sugar topping over the cooked meatloaf and return to the oven for another 15 minutes.

Remove from Oven and Serve.
