2 bunches of fresh spinach, washed and broken into pieces
2 hard boiled eggs, peeled and sliced

1/2 lemon, juiced
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
4 T. Kikkoman Hawaiian Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 c. sugar
ground pepper
1/4 c. cognac or brandy
1/2 lb. bacon
1/2 red onion cut into 1/4" slices

Dressing:
Combine lemon juice, red wine, teriyaki sauce, sugar and pepper in covered jar, shake well.

In frying pan cook the bacon, break into pieces. Remove excess bacon fat but leave bits in pan. Mix spinach leaves and sliced eggs with bacon in serving bowl.
In same pan cook the onion slices slightly just to coat with bacon taste. Add dressing ingredients to simmer and dissolve sugar.

When ready to serve add liquor and light to flame. Serve immediately over spinach salad.
