Cake:
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup chopped nuts
1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice

Frosting:
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups confectioners sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all cake ingredients together thoroughly. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 cake pan. Bake at 350º for 35 to 40 minutes. (Cake will turn from yellow to brown and be heavy.)
Cool completely.
Beat all the frosting ingredients together and spread on top of cooled cake.

Keep cake refrigerated.
