1 - 3 oz.Instant Coconut Cream Pudding, No-fat, or regular
1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (DO NOT drain)
1 jar Tropical Fruit, drained
1 can Mandarin oranges, drained

Mix all ingredients together and chill.

This is a very easy and refreshing dessert. The Instant Coconut Cream Pudding is hard to find and may not be available anymore?? You could use vanilla or another flavor of your choice.
