2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2-4ounce cans chopped green chilies, drained
4 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Salsa for garnish
sour cream for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a 8 inch square baking dish. Stir together cheese. Place half of the cheese in the dish. Sprinkle chilies over the cheese. Top with remaining cheese. Whisk together eggs, milk and flour. Pour over cheese mixture. Bake 30 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into 2-inch squares and serve warm. Serves 16.
