1 c half & half
2 1/2 tbs cocoa
1 tbs white corn syrup
1 tbs vinegar
Dash of salt
1 tbs butter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Cook all ingredients except butter and vanilla together, add butter and vanilla when mixture comes to a boil.
