1 large chicken (dead)
1 large onion
1 pkg small elbow noodles
1 can mushroom soup
1 small jar pimentos
2 c grated longhorn cheese
2 stalks celery
1 can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken until tender and cut into small pieces. Cook noodles in salt water 10 minutes then add broth of chicken, cook until noodles is done. Add celery, onions, mushroom and tomato soup. Put chicken in baking dish, add pimentos, pour noodles and sauce mixture over it and cover with shredded cheese.
Bake for 1 hour at 350º.
