1 box duncan hinesyellow cake mix
3/4 cup oil
3 eggs
1 can, 11 oz mandarin oranges and juice

Icing

9 oz cool whip, thawed
1 small instant vanilla pudding
1 8 oz can crushed pineapple drained

Directions:
Mix all cake ingredients. DO NOT USE MIXER. Bake in greased and floured 9x13 pan for 30min at 350º

Icing: Mix all ingredients, put on cooled cake and store in refrigerator
