3 lbs Granny Smith apples peeled, cored and sliced
1 cup sugar
2 T cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
2 T tapioca
2 T butter
1 pie crust from the refrigerated section of Wegmans
Topping
1 stick of margarine not butter
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar packed

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out 1 pie crust and place in 9 inch pie plate. Fork it lightly and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
In large bowl add sliced and peeled apples, sugar, cinnamon, tapioca salt and mix well.
Put in pie shell. Dot with butter.
Topping
Cut in margarine, flour, sugar and brown sugar until mixture is crumbly.
Carefully place on top of pie.
Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees.
