Carrots
Jicama
Turnips
Cucumbers
Green Peppers
Red Peppers
Yellow Peppers
Orange Peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Chop all of the veggies into small pieces.
Add your favorite vinegar, sweetened,
and your favorite herb seasoning and salt.
Mix everything together well and put this
mixture in the refrigerator to chill.
This salad can be served in small bowls or in a
lettuce cup.

My kids like almost anything with sweetened vinegar in it.
I first tasted this in a deli in California. It is yummy and healthy!
