Ingredients:

1 cup (2 sticks) butter (real butter...none of this fake stuff)
2/3 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
3/4 t. almond extract
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 375º
Cream butter, add sugar gradually and cream thoroughly.
Beat in egg yolks and almond extract. Gradually blend in flour.
Fill cookie press. Form cookies on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Remove at once to cooking rack.

I also use this recipe for sugar cookies (without the cookie press)
Sprinkle flour on a surface where you can roll out the dough.
Roll out the dough and cut with a cookie cutter.
It is fragile and you may need to add a little more flour.
Set the circles on a cookie sheet and bake at 350º (approximately 10 min.)
The time varies according to your oven and thickness of the dough.
Frost with butter cream frosting with almond flavoring.
(Butter, powdered sugar, milk & almond flavoring)
Beat this mixture really well, then decorate your cookies.
