3/4 cup finely chopped almonds
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 T white flour
1 T cream
1 T milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Cook in smooth pan over low heat stirring constantly
until butter melts. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 3 inches apart on teflon
(or non stick) cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes or until slightly brown and still bubbling.
Let cool until edge is firm enough to lift with spatula.
Work quickly, lift cookies onto absorbent paper turning topside down.
Roll over handle of wooden spoon. (circular cookies)
These are very delicate and delicious!
