1 lemon cake mix
1 small lemon instant pudding mix
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/4 c. oil
Lemony Glaze:
1/2 c. powdered lemonade drink mix
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 c. unsifted powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in large mixing bowl. Blend well, then beat with electric mixer at medium speed for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch fluted tube pan. Bake at 350º for 50-55 minutes. Test with cake tester. Do not underbake. Cool in pan about 5 minutes. Combine lemony glaze ingredients. Remove cake from pan. Thoroughly prick warm cake with cake tester (or wooden pick) completely through to bottom of cake. Gradually spoon lemony glaze over cake until completely absorbed. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
