Asparagus
Red Sweet Pepper
Zucchini
Lentils
Sunflower Seeds
Dried Cranberries
Dressing
Lemon juice
Olive Oil
Mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 1 cup of rinsed lentils in 4 cups of water, 1 beer and a bay leaf. (20 min)
Cut and grill all your veggies.
Cook 1 1/2 cups of Farro in salted water. (15 min)
Mix all cooked ingredients in a large bowl, drizzle with 1/4 cup of olive oil, salt & pepper and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Add 3/4 cup of dried cranberries and 3/4 cup of sunflower seeds.

Mix and add lemon vinaigrette. Refrigerate and serve as a main course or a side dish.
