2/3 cup Minute Rice
2 3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Combine rice, milk, raisins, sugar, butter, salt, vanilla and nutmeg in a buttered 1 qt. baking dish. Bake in oven at 350º for 1 hr. Stir after 15 min. and again when pudding is done. Sprinkle with cinnamon, serve warm or chilled. Pudding thickens as it stands.
