1 pkg. (3 oz.) each of lime, orange, lemon, strawberry Jell-O
Water (as needed for Jell-O)
2 cups Milk
1 cup Sugar
2 pkg. unflavored Knox Gelatin
2 cups Sour Cream
2 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve lime jello in 1 cup boiling water, then add 1/2 cup cold water. Pour into 9" x 13" pan & refrigerate until solid.

Meanwhile, boil 2 cups of milk and add sugar. Mix until dissolved. Dissolve 2 packages of Knox Gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water and add to milk mixture. Mix vanilla in sour cream and add to slightly cooled milk mixture. Blend with mixer until smooth.

When lime jello is set, add 1 1/2 cups of cream mixture and refrigerate until set. Repeat with all the jellos and white cream mixture. To serve, cut in squares.

I'd make this the day before!!! I would put buttered parchment paper in the bottom to make sure it comes out. Maybe top each serving with whipped cream, fruits and nuts. What's a few more calories!!!
