2 (10 oz) Pkgs Frozen Chopped Broccoli
1/4 Cup Onion
2 Cups Chicken Broth
2 TBLS Butter
1 TBLS Flour
2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Mace
Dash of Pepper
1/2 Cup Half & Half
Directions:
Directions:
Bring broccoli, chicken stock & onion to boil. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Whirl mixture in blender till smooth. Melt butter in pan. Add flour, salt, pepper & mace. Slowly stir in cream. Add broccoli purée. Cook over medium heat till soup bubbles. Serve hot.
