1 Medium Head Green Cabbage (about 21/2 lbs)
1/4 Cup Minced White Onion
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Green Pepper
1/2 Cup White Vinegar
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp Celery Seed
Directions:
Directions:
Shave cabbage by slicing in very thin strips with sharp knife on cutting surface. Place in large bowl. Add onion & green pepper. Set aside. In small bowl, whisk together vinegar & sugar until sugar dissolves. Whip in mayo until smooth & creamy. Whisk in celery seed. Pour over cabbage mixture in large bowl right before serving. Toss to blend.
