1 1/2 lbs round steak
2 tbsp fat
1 c onion, chopped
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp worchestershire sauce
3/4 c bottled chili sauce
1/4 c water
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp chili powder
Directions:
Directions:
1. Pound flour into meat, cut into serving size strips.
2. Brown slowly in fat
3. Place meat in baking dish.
4. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over meat.
5. Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
6. Uncover and bake for 15 minutes longer.

Serve with rice, mashed potatoes or pasta
