4-5 large chicken breasts cut into cubes
4 cans of cream of chicken soup (don't dilute) (recipe calls for 2-3 cans but I like more sauce)
1 can Pillsbury Grands or regular biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Cube chicken. Butter a 9x13 pan (or use cooking spray). Arrange chicken in bottom of pan (make sure it covers the entire bottom of the pan. Spread the cans of soup over the chicken. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 min. - 1 hour. Uncover. Arrange uncooked biscuits over the chicken mixture. Spoon the soup mixture over the top of the biscuits, completely covering them. Bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes more at 400 degrees. Serve with mashed potatoes.
