2 doz corn tortillas
1 cup cooking oil
1 large package Monterey jack cheese (grated)
2-3 yellow onions, chopped

SAUCE:
1 pks frozen chopped spinach
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3-4 green onions, chopped
2 4oz cans whole green ortega chilies
1/2 cup grated Monterey jack cheesae
1/4 tsp salt
1 pt. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet and dip in tortillas to soften. Spread heated tortillas with cheese and onions. Roll. Place into 9x13 pan.

Cook and drain spinach, squeeze out liquids. Combine with all other sauce ingredients in blender and blend well. Pour over tortillas in casserole. Cover with grated cheese and bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
