1/3 cup Dijon mustard
1/3 cup mayo
6 cups crushed potato chips (can use BBQ or plain)
6 boneless skinless chicken breast
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375º. Blend mustard and mayo together. Place mustard/mayo blend in a shallow bowl. Place potato chips in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken in mayo blend then coat in chips. Transfer to an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 mins. or until juices run clear.
