1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 can chili beans
1- 10 ounce can enchilada sauce
2 cups shredded colby-jack or cheddar cheese
chips for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a skillet brown ground beef until done. Drain off any fat. Stir in chili beans, enchilada sauce, and half of the cheese. Spread into a casserole dish or oven proof pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serve immediately with chips.
