8 slices of bread, crust removed.
2 lbs bulk sausage crumbled, cooked until brown, and drained
3 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt.
3/4 tsp dry mustard
9 eggs, lightly beaten
2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can of milk (use cream of mushroom can to measure)

Remove crust from the bread and lay in the bottom of a 9x13 glass pan (greased with butter) Spread sausage over the top of bread. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the sausage. Mix the lightly beaten eggs with 2 cups of milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Our egg mixture of the cheese evenly and put in the refrigerator over night. The next morning Preheat oven for 350º. Take the cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of milk, mix together and pour over the casserole. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. Let stand for 10-15 minutes before cutting and serving.
